DAME NKEM OKWUOFU BAGS ANGLICAN CHURCH KNIGHTHOOD

Ezinne Nkem Okwuofu, the Chairman nominee of Delta State Civil Service Commission was among distinguished personalities that were honoured with the investiture of the prestigious Knighthood of Saints Christopher and Mary by the Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion.

The Investiture was performed by the Bishop of Asaba Diocese, HIS LORDSHIP RT. REV’D JUSTUS N. MOGEKWU, in an impressive and inspiring service held at the Cathedral Church of St. Peter, Bishops Court, Asaba.

On hand to witness the investiture of this great woman of substance was the Chairman of Aniocha North Local Government, Hon. Chuks Oseme, his Wife, Princess Ada Oseme, Former Special Duties (Special Infrastructure) Commissioner, Hon. Ifeanyi Osuoza,  Members of Aniocha North Legislative Arm, Executive Members of Aniocha North Local Government and other Political Children of Dame Nkem Okwuofu within and across Delta State.

Knighthood in the Anglican Communion is an honour bestowed on Men and Women distinguished for personal Character and notable accomplishments for the good of humanity. Recipients are persons who have conducted themselves in an exemplary manner in the past and have equally been available for services to the Church and its authorities.
