NWAOBOSHI CONGRATULATES DELTA PDP PARTY EXCOS ON ELECTION VICTORIES, HAILS PARTY LEADERS FOR ENSURING SEAMLESS, TRANSPARENT PROCESS

 

NWAOBOSHI1The Senator representing Delta North senatorial district in the upper chambers of the National Assembly and Chairman Senate committee on Niger Delta, Sen. (Barr.) Peter Nwaoboshi, has congratulated the newly emerged executives of the peoples Democratic Party (PDP),at both the ward and Local governments levels of the Delta North region on their election victories as the Party’s EXCOS, in the just concluded Ward and LGA congresses of the party across the federation.

Senator Nwaoboshi, who himself was the immediate past Delta State PDP Chairman, while congratulating the EXCOS on their successful emergence, reminded them of the need to be proactive and dedicated to the activities of the party, even as he urged them to see their election as a call to service and a clear mandate for them to complement the effort of their predecessors by building upon the good, solid foundations already laid down by the past leaders of the party at the various Wards and Local Government levels.

The Senator  equally used the opportunity to commend the party Leaders across the wards and LGAs of the Anioma nation for ensuring a seamless and transparent process in the conduct of the congresses in their various wards and LGAs, adding that the commendations that has continued to greet the outcome of the congresses in the state, is an indication that the true principle of internal democracy as being harped on in all segment of the party’s leadership was respected, which, according to the distinguished Senator and Party leader, portends good things to come to the party.

Senator Nwaoboshi, who also congratulated the Party’s national delegates on their election, also reaffirmed the Party’s readiness to take over the mantle of governance at the Federal level come 2019.
