AKPABIO FELICITATES WITH UDOM EMMANUEL @ 50

udom and emmanuelImmediate past Governor of Akwa Ibom State and Senate Minority leader, Senator Godswill Akpabio, has congratulated his successor, Deacon Udom Emmanuel, on the attainment of 50 years, describing him as a worthy successor who has saddled the ship of Akwa Ibom state successfully within the last one year.

Senator Akpabio, often referred to fondly as the ‘uncommon transformation Governor’, extolled Governor Emmanuel, saying, “Your focus and commitment to the development of Akwa Ibom State have shown you as a man with a mission to leave your imprints on the sands of time and our people are solidly behind you”

The birthday statement, which was issued and signed personally by him, reads thus: “Happy 50th birthday anniversary to a worthy successor!

I congratulate Your Excellency, Deacon Udom Gabriel Emmanuel, Governor of Akwa Ibom State and my worthy successor, on attaining the golden age of 50.

Within the last one year that you have been on the saddle as the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, you have shown tremendous capacity in piloting the affairs of our dear state. You have justified the mandate that our people bestowed on you to take the state to new heights.

Your focus and commitment to the development of Akwa Ibom State have shown you as a man with a mission to leave your imprints on the sands of time and our people are solidly behind you,

On behalf of my family, the good people of Akwa Ibom North-West Senatorial District, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Caucus of the eighth Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I wish you a happy birthday and many happy returns”.
